# Sub-processors

RALPH uses three sub-processors for customer data: Fly.io to run it, Neon for its databases, and Google for sign-in. This site's own analytics use PostHog, and only with your consent.

## Customer data

| Sub-processor | What for | Where |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Fly.io | Runs RALPH's servers: the API, the MCP server and the app host | London, UK |
| Neon | Hosts RALPH's databases: each organisation's own, and the shared one that runs the service around them | London, UK |
| Google | Sign-in with Google: RALPH receives your basic Google profile, and keeps only your name, your email address and Google's id for your account | Google's own infrastructure |

## This site

| Sub-processor | What for | Where |
| --- | --- | --- |
| PostHog | Counting page views on this site, and clicks on Request early access, on the email address on the Contact page and on Sign in, only after you accept the analytics banner. Reject, or no answer, loads nothing | PostHog EU Cloud, in the EU |

## Not sub-processors

- **Your AI assistant.** Ralph works through the assistant you connect, such as Claude or ChatGPT, under your own account with its provider. RALPH's servers call no AI model.
- **Email and payments.** RALPH sends no email and takes no payments yet. A provider for either joins this list before it processes any data.

## Changes

A new sub-processor joins this page before it processes any customer data.
