A shop that never closes.

RALPH gives your operation a shop that sells trial lessons, gift vouchers and courses online, at any hour. A buyer pays online and books a slot that passes your rules, or gets a voucher to redeem later. Deposits can be taken when a booking is made. Every sale and deposit lands in your billing and accounting tools, such as Xero, beside the invoices RALPH raises for flying.

The shop: a trial lesson and a deposit paid online, and a gift voucher sent, each sale landing in the operator's accounting tool, Xero in this example.

How it works

  1. Stock the shop. Add your trial lessons, vouchers and courses, with their prices and what each one includes.
  2. Sell around the clock. Buyers pay online, book a slot that passes your rules or get a voucher, and your team sees the sale on the schedule.
  3. It lands in your accounting tool. Each sale and deposit is recorded in your billing and accounting tools, such as Xero, beside the flying you’ve invoiced.
  • Billing: each flight priced from your rates and invoiced in your billing and accounting tools, such as Xero.
  • Scheduling: trial lessons and redeemed vouchers, booked on the live schedule.
  • Rules and checks: the same checks on every booking, however it’s paid for.

Questions, answered

What can we sell?
Trial lessons, gift vouchers and courses, at the prices you set. Each one says what it includes and which aircraft or kinds of flying it's for.
How does a voucher work?
The buyer pays online and the recipient gets a code. When they book, the code is redeemed against the flight, and your rules check the booking like any other.
Can we take a deposit when someone books?
Yes. Choose which bookings need one and how much, and it's paid when the booking is made.
Where does the money go?
Every sale and deposit is recorded in your billing and accounting tools, such as Xero, so your books stay in one place.
