Ralph, the AI agent that does your operation's busywork.
Ralph works across every booking, aircraft and person in RALPH. Ask in plain words, wherever you already are, and Ralph finds times, makes and moves bookings, grounds aircraft, logs flights and sets up your organisation. Ralph acts for you, with your permissions and under the same rules as everyone else, and every action is on the record.
How it works
- Ask. In plain words, wherever you are: the command bar, Slack, WhatsApp, Claude or ChatGPT. “Move Lucy’s 15:00 off G-WWFF, it’s grounded.”
- Ralph checks, then acts. Ralph looks before it books: what’s free, what your rules allow, what each person is authorised for. When something needs a decision, Ralph asks you.
- You see what happened. “Moved Lucy Grant to G-WWAB, same time. All checks pass.” Every action is in the activity log, with who it was for.

Questions, answered
- Can Ralph do anything I can't?
- No. Ralph acts for the person who asked, in their organisation, with their permissions. A member's Ralph can't approve bookings; an instructor's can, if the instructor can.
- Will Ralph book something that breaks our rules?
- No. Ralph's bookings go through the same checks as everyone else's, and a booking held for approval waits for a person to approve it.
- What if Ralph isn't sure what I meant?
- Ralph asks. When a request leaves something open that only you can decide, such as which aircraft or which person, Ralph asks rather than guessing.
- How do I know what Ralph did?
- Every change Ralph makes is in the activity log, with who it was acting for and when. Ralph says what happened, then why.
- Can Ralph set up our organisation?
- Yes, by interview. Ralph asks about your aircraft, people, kinds of flying, opening hours and rules, and sets them up as you answer.
